When does my order ship?
If the order is processed before 3:00 pm EST, Monday-Friday, all cleared orders* will be shipped out the same day.
If the order is processed before 2:00 pm EST, Saturday, all cleared orders* will be shipped out the same day-if after 2:00 pm then orders will be shipped on the following Monday, if it’s a holiday then Tuesday.
Components include, but not limited to, the payment status of the customer, the billing and shipping information validity, and the availability of the ordered item(s).
*A cleared order is defined as an order that is available, without questions, for shipping.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping cost depends on the options you choose, the size and weight of your item(s), and the location of the order destination. To estimate shipping costs, place all the desired item(s) in your cart and then proceed to checkout. Once you are on the Shipping page, under Rates, you can select the desired shipping option and the associated estimated cost. *DO NOT CHOOSE MEDIA MAIL IF ANY SHIRTS ARE ORDERED WITH OR WITH OUT C.D’S OR VINYLS*

How long does it shipping take? processes and ships out packages Monday-Saturday.

USPS First Class is 2-5 business days
USPS Priority Mail takes within 1-3 business days for shipping
USPS Media Mail & USPS Parcel Post These are considered non rush orders and can take 4 days to 2 weeks.

USPS International mail can take anywhere from 1 to 6 weeks depending on your country and method of shipment.
International customers please understand that some countries can have long customs delays , most items will arrive in 7-15 days if NOT held up by customs. A lot of things have changed in international shipping. These days more and more packages are getting delayed by customs in places like Italy , Germany , UK , Australia , South America , Asia — 5-8 weeks delivery times are not uncommon if an item gets hung up in customs. When ordering please be prepared to wait up to 45 days until asking us “where is my stuff “ or filing a claim against us. The days of fast International shipping that we have all become used to seem to be gone. We are seeing longer delivery times to most parts of the world now.

Please note: Do not consider the day an order is placed as day one. Begin counting from the next business day to get an accurate expectation of delivery time. If we’re running a sale expect small delays. is not responsible for shipment delays that might occur. Customers are encouraged to plan ahead when placing the orders online.

What if I order something and it is out of stock?
While this is rare as we like to keep our inventory up to date it can happen. Most likely it will happen if you choose multiple copies of the same item, everything showing in the store is at least 1 copy available and the stock # for each product shows under the price of each item so to be safe do not order more copies than the stock # shows. You will be contacted if this occurs and be offered the opportunity to make a substitution. If you wish, on large orders (over 50 CDs, or if you are ordering several copies of a title) you might want to list an alternatives in the additional comments box.
